Each year in February, our newest graduating class attends KEF's Career Coaching Workshop - a powerful, practical and inspiring workshop designed to help our high school graduates choose and pursue careers.
Our aim is simple: to assist with career planning, job search skills, building professional networks and equipping them with entrepreneurial skills.
31 local professionals
volunteered at this workshop, sharing their experiences in the fields of
Law
Medicine
Engineering
Accounting
IT
Art
Sports
Agriculture
Tourism and Hospitality
(KEF partner organizations like Prudential Kenya and Ladies in Helmets came in numbers to coach our scholars on careers)
It was a memorable, motivating and fun week. We concluded with a black-and-white-themed gala dinner that was graced by KEF partners, friends and board members, and filled with great food, song and dance.
