Mr. Peddy is the managing partner of Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, P.C. He concentrates in the areas of real estate, banking commercial lending, and mortgage foreclosure. Steven is a graduate of Hobart College (B.A. 1973) and Hofstra University (J.D. 1976) and is a frequent lecturer on real estate topics. Steven is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association (former Chairman), Nassau County Bar Assoc. Banking Law Committee, New York Land Title Association, Former member of the Board of Directors for Long Island Children’s Museum and is on the advisory Board of Chicago Title & First American Title Insurance Corp. of New York.
