Marc H. Stoltz is the Managing Director of JRS Financial Services, LLC. Mr. Stoltz is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) as a Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27) as well as having completed the Unform Securities Agent State Law Examination.
Mr. Stoltz is a graduate of Bernard Baruch School of Business Administration of the City University of New York where he earned a B.B.A. degree. Prior to forming JRS, Mr. Stoltz held senior financial positions within the financial services industry. Mr. Stoltz began his career with Price Waterhouse in New York.
Mr. Stoltz is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he served as Chairman of the Stockbrokerage Accounting Committee. He is a member of the Financial Management and Operations Divisions of the Security Industry Association and has been published in a Bear Stearns Securities Corp. publication and is a speaker and contributor to various industry seminars and webinars.
