
Cliff started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank upon graduating from Baruch College in New York. He received his MBA in 1975 from Baruch, one month before his son Bradley was born. In 1976 he joined a Wall Street firm as an Audit Manager. In 1978 his daughter Samantha was born. In 1982 he joined Republic National Bank where he managed various departments including Trust, Consumer Lending, Mortgages and then in 1990 Private Banking. In 2001 he was part of the opening of Signature Bank where he currently works as Group Director- Private Banking serving small to mid-sized privately held businesses and their owners in the NY metropolitan area. Signature Bank has now grown to be in the top 100 banks in the U.S.
Cliff served on the Board of SKIP (Sick Kids Need Involved People), NHS (Neighborhood Housing Services of NYC) and is currently on the Board of Housing & Services, Inc., which lends both housing and support services to indigent people in New York City. He was also a Board member of the Plainview Jewish Center and currently serves as Chair of their Special Arrangements Committee assisting those in this eastern Nassau County community in need of financial assistance.
